Yes, we do. We believe in first-hand experience. For us the best way to put ourselves in the client’s shoes is to stay in the villa ourselves. This is before we even start a discussion with the villa manager or owner about a potential future collaboration. If the villa passes our test, then the discussion starts.
Yes, we are. All our villas have English speaking staff. This includes a villa manager and cleaning staff, plus most villas also have security at night. So there will always be somebody to help you at the villa. On top of that, we will give you a local telephone number that you can call or WhatsApp 24/7. You will be surprised to see that your e-mails, WhatsApp or telephone calls will be answered in minutes. How do we do that? We have staff working on rotation 24/7 so there is always somebody there to answer your questions.
Our villas are categorized by type of experience so we can best fit our clients’ needs. On top of that we offer 24/7 customer service before and after a booking is made. This means that you can send us an e-mail, call us or fill in the booking form. You can tell us what you are looking for. Rest assured that we will make sure to find the most suitable villa available in the fastest possible time.
Once you make a booking, we will then offer you a personalized list of things to do based on your needs. Lastly, you can always contact us to ask about anything you might need, from where to eat at night, to where to buy an sim card for your phone.
First, we make sure that we offer the best price for each and every villa. We then carefully select villas with a good value for money ratio. We are constantly on the lookout for these rare villa gems that can guarantee top quality at an affordable price.
We charge a commission but not to you. In other words, the villa owners give us a discount or pay us a commission on their listed price. We in exchange bring them clients. This is standard practice in the industry.
Before you book:
Each villa hires a completely independent property manager that doesn’t work just for a single property or homeowner. Their reputation is paramount for their continued employment.

At the end of each villa listing, there is a review section where you can find reviews from previous customers. Most of villas are also listed on Airbnb and VRBO. There is at least an Airbnb link for each villa at the bottom of the villa description. Click there and you will find more reviews for our villa from our third party clients.
Booking Process:
Yes we can. You can WhatsApp, call us, contact us by e-mail or just fill in the form in the ‘Contact us’ tab. Tell us a bit more about what you want and you will get a reply from us in minutes.
Of course you can. You are NOT charged for making a booking enquiry for one of our villas. Just send us your enquiry and we will come back to you asap. Feel free to ask us any questions you have, we are happy to answer them for you. Depending on the dates, we can block the villa for you from 48 hours to 1 week.
Once you are ready to book the villa, send us your booking enquiry. We will then e-mail you with the instructions for making a booking.
You need to pay a deposit of 20% to reserve the villa.
There are several ways to make payments. You can pay with your credit card. You can do a bank transfer to our USA account. Also, you can pay by Stripe or PayPal.
Payments made in currencies other than USD, EURO or GBP are based on the exchange rate from our bank on the date of payment.
Each villa has its own cancellation policy. Please go to the ‘Cancellation Policy’ section of each villa listing to see its cancellation policy or see the Terms of Service for the default policies. We do NOT charge ANY additional service charges if you decide to make a cancellation but a portion of your deposit maybe forfeited depending on the rules listed under the ‘Cancellation Policy’ and the timeframe in which you cancel.

There are no hidden charges or taxes. What you see in the final price is what you will pay. We like to keep things clear and transparent.
Each villa has pool and Wi-Fi, while all rooms have AC and hot water. Bed linens, towels and toiletries are also provided. Every villa is private for the client booked.
