Property Description

Sapphire Beach, located on the South Coast of Barbados, is a luxurious beachfront condo complex situated on Dover Beach in the popular St. Lawrence Gap. In addition to its convenient location and attractive design, the rental property benefits from stunning bedroom and balcony panoramic ocean views, two large beach front pools, Italian designed kitchen, elevators, 24hr security, gated private parking, gardens and a state-of-the-art fitness centre fully outfitted with the latest equipment.

This luxury apartment is located on the second floor (three floors up) and has been tastefully furnished by the owners. It can be rented as a two or three bedroom unit and comes complete with air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

The unit comprises of 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms ( 2 en-suite ), open plan living / dining area with additional outdoor dining on the patio with an electric grill available. Except during the peak season, there is an option to only rent the third extra bedroom if needed.

The kitchen has all upgraded modern conveniences including microwave, air fryer, kitchen under sink water filter, fridge / freezer, countertop hob and oven, 2 full size sinks with waste disposal, toaster, kettle, super automatic coffee machine (bring your own whole coffee beans), SodaStream, hand blender, hand mixer, mini food processor, electric pressure cooker, pancake/waffle maker and even an egg maker. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer and a wireless hand vacuum for quick cleanup tasks.

There is high speed mesh wireless internet throughout with an additional beach facing directional antenna. Cable TVs in both the living room and master bedroom with Chromecasts connected to both TVs. All rooms have their own bedside Alexa clock music systems. There is also a safe for your valuables.

Restaurants, pubs and clubs are a 5-10 min stroll up ‘The Gap’ with an abundant night life entertainment.

Great apartment with amazing beach views. Very attentive hosts. Super well-equipped kitchen - made very good use of the waffle maker. Comfortable beds although blackout curtains in the 2nd bedroom would be great with the very bright early morning sun. It was the balcony area that worked the best and that view cannot be bettered.

I would highly recommend this condo to families. The views are incredible and there is a 3rd bedroom lockout perfect for another family of a set of grandparents or another couple. There are 2 beautiful pools, and the place is well secured. Loved having the convince of a washer and dryer too. The place is clean and quiet too. The owner of from Barbados and is easily accessible. I can’t wait go back again.

Great location. Great apartment. Great host. Wonderful location. Literally on the beach. Amazing white sand and turquoise sea. Great apartment. Spacious. High standard. Loved the balcony. Spotless on arrival, a lovely welcome basket and also hugely appreciated a mid week visit from housekeeping/cleaner. Most importantly our host Garry was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Really cared that we had a great holiday. Helped us sort transport from the airport, advice on local restaurants, always available to answer any questions. Could not have asked for anything more. Exceeded expectations. Feel very fortunate. Had the best holiday.

“Seven stars!! Wow!” This apartment is absolutely stunning! Sitting on the beach (with direct access) with two large pools the views cannot be beaten. The condo is spotlessly clean, has a huge balcony which is sun-drenched in the afternoon. Beds are very comfortable and master super-king has stunning balcony sea view. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has every digital cooking gadget that you could possibly require plus a Facebook portal, Alexa, multiple TV channels, wifi (that spans to the beach!)..everything you could possibly need for a short or long term rental. The host, Garry, is easily contactable for support and has a blog for info on restaurants, sightseeing, etc. On the doorstep of “The Gap” restaurants, bars and a small well very well-stocked local supermarket. I cannot fault location or apartment in any way…it’s worthy of a 7 star review…wow, what a find!!

I'm also a licensed real estate professional so I know what it takes to be a trusted responsive short term rental host. Hopefully i've hired the best on premise staff who have thought of everything, but I myself am always only a phone call away.
